All items that are in stock will be shipped within 48 hours during the business week (Monday through Friday). If an item is not in stock, we will get the product to you as quickly as possible. We will notify you via email or phone call if there is any delay in our shipping process. Every order will have a tracking number so that you are up to date on your orders status. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us.
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 before tax to the “Lower 48 States”. This excludes freight items which have a flat rate of $95. All freight items are clearly marked in the part number and description of the product. All rate calculations are based on weight, size, and delivery period. Before the final checkout page, cost and carrier options will be available.

You can return items sold on parts.unitedrv.com. Most items are eligible for return within 30 days. Please check with one of our parts managers to ensure product can be returned. Before returning a product. Please request a RMA form. When you return an item, shipping and freight costs are non-refundable. If an item is unsatisfactory to the consumer, please call and talk to an online parts employee. Cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer unless specified otherwise by a United RV online parts employee. When returning a product, please pack your item securely. If you do not have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper. Attach your return label to the package.
